Over my career, I've been able to identify technology tools that enhanced my team's capabilities, improved productivity and delivered significant value to the organization.

While I like exploring and staying current with new and emerging technologies, I strive to understand the business needs and then pursue the tools and processes that will best fill those gaps. This is an approach that has served me well regardless of the brand I worked for.

At Reynolds, we were an early adopter of SalesForce and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

 

Across my career I have also deployed video production tools, Drupal, Kontiki (an early peer to peer streaming solution), more recently project management, and content management solutions.
